Each year in Canada, approximately 1.6 million vehicles are declared no longer fit for the road for reasons such as failed emissions testing or accidents. We may recycle our glass and plastic but most of us never think about recycling our cars.
Car Heaven offers car owners across Canada a convenient and cost-effective way to retire their old, high-polluting cars. The vehicle is towed for free (value-$200), recycled, and proceeds from the scrap materials are donated to affiliated charities including MADD Canada.
All participants receive a charitable tax receipt for their donated vehicle. In addition, they get the satisfaction that comes from knowing their vehicle was environmentally recycled and that they've helped charity. Since its launch in 2000, Car Heaven and its program partners have retired more than 90,000 smog-causing vehicles and generated more than $3.6 million for its affiliated charities.
To donate your car or obtain more information please call 1-866-535-7312 or visit theCar Heaven website. Please identify MADD Canada as your charity of choice when completing the donor form.
CharityCar.ca has joined up with GreenVehicleDisposal.com to utilize its eco-friendly recycling technology. We are now proud to accept the donation of old vehicles on behalf of MADD Canada. Why not put your old vehicle to a good use that helps save the planet and also help those less fortunate in your community.
CharityCar.ca does not take any fees for processing or handling your charity vehicle. 100% percent of the proceeds of your vehicle go directly to your chosen charity.
Donate you car, truck, RV, boat, motorcycle or other vehicle to Mothers Against Drunk Driving. We provide free towing in many areas across Canada, or you can drop off your vehicle to maximize your donation. When you donate your car to Donate A Car Canada, it will either be recycled or sold at auction depending on its condition, age and location. Donate A Car Canada will look after everything to make your donation easy for you to support Mothers Against Drunk Driving.
