Victim Impact Panel (VIP)
Victim Impact Panels (VIPs) involve friends, relatives or victims themselves telling a group of Impaired Driving offenders the tragic outcomes of an alcohol & drug related traffic crash.
The event is highly emotional and the main goal is to prevent offenders from driving again when impaired by alcohol or drugs. The concept of the VIP is not for MADD to point fingers or to place blame, rather it is our effort to raise awareness and change the thinking and behavior of those present.
You MUST pre-register before attending a VIP meeting by emailing maddvancouver@gmail.com

FEE
There is a $250 fee to attend a VIP. Fee is due upon arrival for a VIP meeting.

Board meetings typically occur the 3rd Monday of each month. Please email maddvancouver@gmail.com to register for a VIP.
