 You can donate by sending a cheque by mail (PO Box 78043 RPO Northside, Port Coquitlam, BC V3B 7H5) or call our office at 604-515-9212 to donate by credit card.

Memorial Donations

A donation can be made in memory of a loved one at any time.  Memorial donors receive a charitable receipt for their donation and the family of the loved one is informed of this donation in a timely manner.  

Please click on the Memorial Donation link to print the form.  After filling it out, just send it to the Chapter (address below) along with your donation.
