Amber was a mother of 2 small children, ages 4 and 2. She was on life support until the next day. Around 1130 a.m. of October 20th, 2000, we, Amber’s family, had to let her go. Her injuries were too severe to try and hold on (brain and internal injuries).
Amber was a passenger in a car, operated by a drunk driver. The crash occurred on October 19th, 2000. She was in critical condition until October 20th, 2000, when she died. The crash was the only car involved. It happened on Orford Road at around 8:00 p.m., in Highgate, Ontario where Amber lived. The driver was sentenced to 18 months.

Many of us find it hard to give you up.
But Amber you are always there.
We all love you dearly, miss you with a passion.
This is all I can give you, is my heart, my thoughts, my prayers.
But Always Amber, you are always there!
